Kylee serves as the primary spokesperson and liaison between the College Panhellenic Council, university administration, and other student organizations while leading and organizing all council meetings. She promotes a positive and inclusive community by addressing and mediating conflicts between sororities, supports and advises CPC officers through regular check-ins, and assists the VP of Standards in maintaining bylaws, policies, and procedures, as well as coordinating the annual executive board election process.

Hayden serves as the Panhellenic Executive Vice President and plays an active role in all meetings she attends. She records and maintains accurate minutes for Executive Board, General Body, Pi Chi, and other invited meetings, organizes Panhellenic delegate roundtables, and acts as a liaison between the council and individual sorority delegates. Additionally, she assists the VP of Standards in maintaining bylaws, policies, and procedures, ensures campus spaces are reserved in accordance with university guidelines, and keeps all records organized and uploaded in FS Central and Owl Life.

Executive Vice President: Hayden Bontempi

Tia ensures that all members adhere to Panhellenic standards while promoting a culture of respect and responsibility. She addresses and mediates conflicts, disputes, and violations within the Panhellenic community and Executive Council, striving for fair and equitable resolutions. Tia develops and oversees disciplinary processes, manages judiciary violations related to Panhellenic bylaws and applicable laws, and leads the maintenance and updates of policies and procedures. She collaborates with the VP of Recruitment on infractions and hearings, works with the VP of Finance to track chapter fines, and coordinates the annual executive board election process.

Vice President of Standards: 
Tia Petersen 

Kamryn oversees all Formal Recruitment activities, including assisting in the publication of the CPC Recruitment Guide and leading recruitment meetings such as roundtables with Panhellenic chapters and recruitment team meetings. She supports the Vice President of Recruitment Counselors with Pi Chi meetings, oversees the Campus Director and recruitment registration, and develops a comprehensive recruitment week schedule. Kamryn ensures all activities align with Panhellenic values and policies, compiles and analyzes recruitment data to improve future cycles, and supervises the Director of Recruitment Operations.

Vice President of Recruitment:

Aubrey coordinates logistics for recruitment events, including staffing, supplies, parking, signage, and directional information. She collaborates with the Vice President of Recruitment and council members to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy, helps oversee the PNM registration process by maintaining records and ensuring deadlines are met, and works with marketing teams to create recruitment materials and promotional items. Aubrey also arranges meals for the executive board, directors, and Pi Chis during recruitment week and assists the Vice President of Recruitment with additional duties as needed.

Director of Recruitment Operations: 
Aubrey Riggins

 

Allison develops, manages, and oversees the Panhellenic Council’s annual budget, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals while tracking income, expenses, and allocations. She maintains accurate financial records, processes payments and dues, and provides regular financial reports and updates at council meetings. Allison also handles National Panhellenic Conference dues through FS Central, implements risk management practices to protect financial assets, and collaborates with council members to ensure all outstanding invoices are paid.

Justine coordinates Panhellenic-wide events to enrich the community member experience and helps members build relationships beyond their own chapters. She develops, implements, and oversees a comprehensive DEIB strategy aligned with Panhellenic values, collaborates with council members, sororities, and advisors to promote initiatives, and organizes diversity, equity, and inclusion training programs for members and recruitment counselors. Justine also fosters cultural competency within sororities and coordinates community-wide fraternity and sorority events to strengthen relationships across all four councils.

Vice President of Inclusive Programming:

Jennifer works closely with sorority education chairs and advisors to ensure consistency in member education programs and supports advisors with College Panhellenic Council components of the new member symposium. She collects and reviews new member education plans to ensure they meet Panhellenic and university guidelines, while also developing and executing a comprehensive philanthropic and service strategy. Jennifer coordinates and promotes service initiatives, organizes philanthropic events and educational programs that support the safety and wellbeing of the Panhellenic community, and collaborates with campus organizations and student groups on joint service projects.

Vice President of Recruitment Counselors (Pi Chis): 
Gracelyn Larkin

 

Gracelyn develops, implements, and manages the recruitment counselor program, including recruiting and selecting counselors. She provides leadership and guidance throughout the recruitment process, plans and conducts training sessions on unbiased guidance, active listening, conflict resolution, and logistics, and oversees all Pi Chi meetings. Gracelyn serves as the primary point of contact for recruitment counselors, collaborates with the Panhellenic Recruitment Team on overall strategy and goals, and plans the Recruitment Counselor retreat and Disaffiliation Dinner.

Cora Erin oversees the development and maintenance of the Panhellenic website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and informative. She creates marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and visual content to highlight Panhellenic activities, values, and achievements, while promoting events such as recruitment, philanthropy, and educational programs. Cora Erin also designs and orders all CPC apparel and merchandise and supervises the Director of Communications.

Vice President of Public Relations: 
Cora Erin Cook

 

Alayna collaborates with the VP of Public Relations to ensure clear and effective communication within the Panhellenic community while assisting in coordinating marketing efforts for events and initiatives. She oversees Panhellenic social media by creating engaging and visually appealing content, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent content calendar. Alayna also explores creative ways to market Panhellenic to potential new members and ensures all messaging aligns with the overall communication strategy.
